No, my tune with him will not change based on anything you post. I actually spoke to him. I form my own opinions and encourage others to do the same. And it doesn't matter if he has 20 top notch attorneys. IFFFF it is true that he has a new attorney, then his problem is he refuses to communicate that. And AGAIN... he knows the deadline is approaching and that may concern people. In addition to that, there have been NUMEROUS tweets about things that never came to fruition... with ZERO explanation as to why. Deals fall through allll the time in the business world. Just communicate that. Especially if you have already tried to convince people that deal was imminent. Communication could fix everything. And it costs NOTHING.

His track record here at VXIT has been piss poor and our last conversation does not convince me that he is working to fix that. Everyone needs to make their own decision about what is best for them. All I'm saying is you should call him and be honest with yourself after that conversation.
