History proves otherwise.- looking at the performance over inception, the excessive number of RS events, and magnitude of those events (most recent 10,000:1), MMEX and it's idiot CEO, Mad Jack, are at the "top of the heap" for dilution. While 300M in the current round may not seem troubling, the AS and history demonstrate clearly that MMEX is a dilution machine running unchecked.
