He may be dealing with a death right now.... but EVERY SINGLE THING I just posted is true. Dude had an attitude. Either couldn't or just wouldn't answer basic questions about simple things with OTC Markets. If they are actually working then the majority of this mess could easily be explained with simple communication. I told him this very thing would happen if he refuses to communicate with people and ease legitimate concerns before the upcoming deadline. I get it that being a "Shell Risk" will not send you to the expert market... but if you completely stop reporting then you WILL go there. They still have not even shown that they have started using a new attorney that is NOT on the prohibited service provider list. These are VERY simple things to show you are working. They way I see it, don't ask people to invest if you have no desire to show them you are working to fix simple things.

And the death he may be dealing with right now has nothing to do with the conversation we had a couple weeks ago. He has had plenty of time to address these concerns in a tweet since then.
