I called and talked to him the other day (I encourage everyone to do the same if you plan on sticking around to the end of this month). 10AM on a weekday his time and he sounded like he was asleep when he answered the phone. Would not listen to any suggestions regarding informing shareholders with a simple tweet that they are working on the Prohibited Service Provider tag. He also stated they were not a Shell Risk... his reasoning is because they have provided documentation several times to prove otherwise. Yet OTC markets obviously does not agree.
He also wanted to get an attitude over what should be very simple, easy to answer questions. He did not come out and say it but I'm taking that as he has no intentions of staying current.
