One of the biggest reasons I see for a reverse split with these micro stocks is because of the threat of being delisted or should I say the prevention of being delisted...If they can avoid that then they probably will not split from my experience....and if they did for another reason then I would be shocked to see it happen....But if they do they will have to vote it in which will be announced...they can't just spring it on you if it has never been voted to do so.
