Never scoffed at Radiogel's potential market. My point is (contrary to MK's repeated baseless claims) still need chemo beforehand for many solid tumors to reduce odds of stimulating growth of unseen microscopic tumors once primary tumor is killed. Hard to see chemo not being part of standard of care in many cases, just as it is now for surgery, cryotherapy, etc. Likewise beam and wide spread radiation will still have their places in cancer treatment if Radiogel is ever FDA approved (long road for that). Then there will always be solid tumors were Radiogel wouldn't be best option, such as if tumor is attached/integrated into a critical structure.
