Damaged, eh? There are remedies for that….

Tony has a fiduciary responsibility to shareholders and end any further damage(s).

Per most statutes, and seeing Tony lives in Florida, he (not you) needs to inform me of exactly what is wrong, and he’ll need to provide proof, not just say Google it.

I will take it under advisement, and if he shows me that I have erred, I am happy to correct the record here, and even at my blog post.

I look forward to hearing from Tony. He uses Cliffy Hunt as his attorney and I have heard from Cliffy before. Not about APRU.

It was all hot air.

Tony can choose if he wants to go through an attorney or not. It doesn’t really matter.
