As for your 2 yr old, a little trick I figured out. Not claiming it will work for you but it was gold for us. When they are throwing a tantrum, film them with your phone and then play it back for them. Our daughter was around 3 when I figured this out, she hated seeing herself acting like that. She'd get angry and start, as soon as she saw the phone aimed at here she'd shut right up and act normal. I wish I'd had that tech when her brothers were younger, lol.
