He charged 20 million for his speech and 95 % of the money evaporated. There is going to be zero liquidity on the NAS. Institutions will have a field day playing games with the stock. They will be noticing that everyone bailed on merging with Niocorp and felt it was prudent to redeem their shares. It could be 10 next week or less than 5. No one knows.
