The SPAC played us. You get two board members now who could give a **** whether the company survives or not. The big deal is a net loss for Niocorp. Truly amazing that they only obtained a little over 5% in needed funding. Now investors here believe there will be a frenzy of buying once we uplist. Funny but all the smart money in the SPAC decided not to invest.

As of today, over a 5.5 million dollar loss for the company just to get the GXII listing. Not sure how the warrants will apply but I do not have a lot of hope for them. I am sure this is not the outcome Mark and his team wanted but they will need to spin it in the best light possible.
