HUBC Some companies based in Israel are wildly manipulated. Just look at the news of $10 pipe financing. Really? Sound like news you would see on the OTC. This stock can go to $5 or back to $1.50 tomorrow or be halted for fraud. I think it keeps higher then dump. Very risky.
