I know they aren't coming and so do you. It's only a matter of time before they raise the a/s to dump more shares on investors, but...

Let's just say the numbers they spew are in indeed correct. Wouldn't it have made more sense on the last a/s increase to spend some of that dilution money or some of their so called profits on getting the audits done, letting stock run to .50 or to fair market value with those amazing audited fins, then diluting at the top and paying all the long term debt instead of a measly 9%?
