Why do you say SofPulse is an amazing product given the fact that Ivivi Technologies did not have sales, they let the product go which then Alan Collier purchased, and since Endonovo has had it there have not been any sales.
Please do not tell me $100,000 over a 5 year period is sales. My local bagel store had $1.1 million in sales and I can assure you it is not investible, even though revenues are growing every year and it showed a $180,000 profit last year. Sofpulse sales are terrible, if any.
I agree the opioid problem is terrible, but the sofpulse machine has not positively impacted many people given the fact that there are no sales.
Putting sales aside, the product itself has little-to-no-effect and affect on a person's injury, whether it be short term or long term. In fact, you can say it is more of a detrimental than a healing tool given the fact that the electros have no immediate effects, you have to somehow hold the product in an awkward position for extended period of times, and the 3 times I tried it, I kept asking myself if the machine was even on. I then asked my wife to try it and she agreed with my assessment.
Putting aside my opinion and your verbiage of Amazing Product, there are no sales which gets us back to the product has had multiple chances by different companies and people, but to no avail or any form of success.
Then lets go to Endonovo, with all their debt, convertible notes, weak balance sheet, how can they make anything work, even if a product is good. How can an investment ever bring a return with all those convertible notes. What about mismanagement? What about Collier's $300 million sales projections he made in an 8K filing.
If you had to answer just one question in this board, can you explain to me about Collier's sales projection numbers of $300 million that he made a few years back. If I got just one answer from this board that would be the questioned I want answered.
