So this is another filed report for 12/22. This time it shows they have a series C preferred shares. No information as to when or what the hell they are?
Also, their dates are still incorrect for current number of shares with a date of 2020?
This is another Mickey Mouse report by a rent an accountant guy who doesn't even proof read what he writes and these morons pay for it. File coin value had a value of 1.1 million and is now down to 95k. Yet the report says this "As of December 31, 2022, the company held 0 BTC on account as well as 16,245.5464 Filecoin with a market value of $48,737. All digital currencies are recorded at historical cost."
and the balance sheet still says 1million plus in digital assets? I don't think so...
So basically this is a fraudulent report. If I had the time I would just contact the sec and have them enforce their own laws. Instead I'll just wait for Lazar to grab this garbage off the scrap heap again.
