Facts. Dorwat needs to step in. Also I’m not sure he has been or is a good manager. The guy has been non-existent since this all started.

IMO… as it appears on paper .. Sterling has very few shares. Not only that it appears that in all reality has stepped away from all jobs since he left Sony not because they were shining successes but because they were failing. When you go back in his resume this shows. So yes ViaOne actually needs to take control or the money will be gone and so will GMER. IMO.

Leads to the next question: Why did Sterling leave Sony in 2015? Was it because he had nothing but “soon” to offer?
