These operating entities is where the value will be created. These are the companies that will be acquired by the SPACs.

We also have SPAC's acquiring external companies and the fist one is coming up shortly. But we can't discuss M&A activity especially when it involves companies that are already public. We will usually get something like 20% sweat equity here, which is still good. But the operating entities we own 40%.
