Question about the future share price using MP as the model. I forget who said NioCorp will have around a 65 million float?

Our main competitor MP Materials Corp. (MP) HAS $103.77M FLOAT with $177.62M outstanding shares and Market Cap at $ 5,186,439,614

NIOCORP will have a $65 million float (currently we have 282,400,880 outstanding shares with a Market Cap of $ 243,429,559

So my question is can we make educated guess on what $NIOBF "future" share price will be using MP as an example?? I know its throwing darts blind folded but we have some smart people on this board.

FYI, MP Materials Corp had a 52 week high of $60 bucks a share but now only trading at $27 a share...They are also producing revenue and have a 14% market share on rare earths.
