$HDUP - I don't think anyone has focused on this from today's PR, but it's worthy of a note:

"New additions to the management team are also forthcoming"

They'll need to put in a management team who understands the requirements to be on Nasdaq. I think the above statement reflects their acknowledgment, that this needs to happen.

The current team hasn't been taking paychecks and when you see that, it means they "know what they have". There has been an issue with notes set up to recognize their efforts but I'm not seeing direct payments. Other than this:

on page 13 of the latest filing they noted that $52k had been paid to related parties
they also note that "Due to related parties (Note 7) $812,042"

when people related to the company, take notes instead of cash or stock...what should that tell you? Whether they are right or they are wrong, they believe in where this is headed.

All of us have put money into companies that generously reward their Executives when those same executives have produced nothing.

This group has skin in the game, pay attention! IMO
