I don't believe there is a "business plan". I don't even think they know what VCSY has in terms of patents and any bogus technology they supposedly have. I think they just slipped in to reap some benefits like Wade did. Obviously the CTO is in it to get some money he's owed. I don't think he gives a rip about shareholders who he helped screw over. There's no reason they can't do things in parallel, but I don't think they even intend to re-start the company.
