Things to consider:

1)If this deal was special, why didn't Nio approach GXII and Morgan Stanley a year ago to get this started.

2)I believe institutions will wait for the revised FS to decide whether to invest.

3) The overall market is in shambles with banking explosions becoming a daily occurrence. There will be no conviction to invest and cash will be king for awhile.

4) Joe Carrabba and the woman from Brazil. Those additions turn out to be meaningless.
