If you as new management of a RM play want the PPS to go up, you don't remain silent. Not in today's OTC. You come out swinging. And you don't give out dates on anything. You simply PR immediately when the filings go out Shell status gets removed one day, PR the next that it's done. There are no unanswered questions and you can move on with your company in how you see fit.
