Applicant gave its consent
to a further 60 day suspension of the proceedings
to finalize the settlement negotiations.

III. DISCUSSION

Opposer and Applicant are actively engaged in settlement negotiations,
having exchanged numerous emails, engaged in telephone conferences,
and drafted the settlement agreement.

Nonetheless, the parties require additional time
to finalize and execute the settlement agreement.

The request for a suspension of the proceeding
is not made for the purposes of delay,
but rather to finalize and execute the settlement agreement.

Accordingly, the parties respectfully request
that the opposition be suspended for an additional 60 days
to finalize the settlement agreement.

Counsel for Applicant consented to this motion in an email
dated March 13, 2023.
