Well to be on the OTC, I don’t believe they need to be audited, just need to have an attorney letter attesting to their validity. But to have a public offering, I believe they have to provide 3 years worth of financials. From the looks of it, they will be dropping the third audited annual in the near future. Fingers crossed that Chucky gets it done this time.
