Brett's strike price is $4? How does he think it can go that high? I don't get it.

1. Keep bumping the A/S and dilute O/S to match - could go on for years...

2. Then massive R/S to uplist at significantly greater-than $4.50

3. Then finally Brett gets issued his shares & converts at below-market-price & immediately dumps those shares.
