On February 13, 2023, Inpixon (INPX) announced a spin-off of CXApp Holding Corp. to holders of record on March 6, 2023. The distribution was subject to the completion of the business combination with KINS Technology Group Inc. (KINZ/U/W) that closed today, March 14, 2023 (see link to ECA #2023-159).
