Second, vaccination efficacy wanes with time and you can be sure not everyone will be getting boosters so there will be continue to be a need for anti-virals. Third, physicians will be more apt to prescribe anti-virals not less. I know a few younger people who just contracted Covid and felt quite sick. One was prescribed Paxlovid.
