Based on the volume today. We just hit 57M AMC shares traded and 98M APE shares traded. So I bet most people are selling AMC shares and buying APE shares due to the YES vote winning. So I expect to see APE shares run up big in the coming days. Remember we have 6 weeks before the lawsuit is heard in court over where APE/AMC and the YES vote stands. Personnally, Since the YES vote won by a clear majority I doubt the judge is going to rule much to reverse everything APE stands for. He/She will keep the status quo.

IMHO. Time will tell what will happen.
