Considering the Executive, Management, BOD all have decades experience in their expertise and the Note Holders cleared all debt. Good idea listen to what they have to say about uplisting and act accordingly. Just my opinion.

Haven’t paid OTC Markets because they haven’t decided what exchange? They don’t qualify for any of those exchanges that you listed and they’re not even close to qualifying. Sadly there’s no choice except pink information with unsolicited quote only . Were you here when they said OTCQB any day … I think that was 2 years ago .
