The judge aint going to do SHT with numbers like this. It will be a non event and the AMC CO. will conclude their merge and RS as expected after April 27th. It just gives us 6 weeks to decide if we want to hold or bail passed the merge and RS conversion day (April 28, 2023). I think the legal lawsuit actually gave us room to make some serious profits with APE. I expect APE to run up to AMC price level in the days to come. I dont expect AMC price to drop much. I figure $5 is a holding pattern price point for AMC shares. But APE share price has $3.20+ more value to run up, thats 270% move up. IMHO. Time will tell if I am right.

Knowing the results of the vote, APE is a great entry price right now. Those buying now are smart, those selling now are dumb. We shall see.
