NSAV is Pink Current so you should be able to buy with any broker. Many of us use ETrade. Shares are cheap now, yes, but be prepared to average down if you buy in now. NSAV could just as easily go down as it could go up from here, even though the .0012 it hit briefly yesterday is a 52-week low. Good luck!
