They have never had anyone on board that knew or knows how to sell anything. Then add the mismanagement and you have the recipe for failure! You can have the greatest product in the world, and this is one of them in my opinion, but if you can't sell it or deliver on sales you will fail.
Also keep in mind that this product is a threat to established products from very large, powerful companies. In many of these markets it is MUCH safer and less expensive than what is being used. You have to convince the companies to make a change and then deliver on your promises. PCTL lacks both sales and operations, in my opinion.
