Could someone tell me when the defendants are responsible for making a filing notifying their shareholders of the liability risk associated with their current lawsuit defense against Voip-pal. I believe that Amazon has received the damage estimates from Voip pal, when would they be disclosed to shareholders. Finally, should Amazon lose at trial and Albright grants Voip pal treble damages, could that result in a class action lawsuit from shareholders as this would represent willful infringement. Just hoping this would add more incentive to the company in resolving the case before trial. tia the prrphet
