Little bit of a downdraft and this is what we needed to stay relevant. What do I mean about "relevant"?
When a run occurs because of momentum of one thing, or another always calls for a redirect. This is what we have here and as long it isn't about any shares hitting the market is a good sitting for higher highs and what we have in this session as early as it is we are going to trade in a lateral move. The word is out and now we must maintain a positive mindset on why we are in the first place.
The trading is tight and unusual for a pennystock and that attributes to the shares held in strong hands while waiting for the announcement of any hint from the folks in the know.
IPO's have been hit over the last couple of years and that almost always bodes well for R/M's, considered to be less expensive and with the right share structure as we have here allows for the new team a nice clean shell.

The fast track that was mentioned above usually denotes within 30 days of updates and other important filings and this moment, which is the timeline we are currently in, and March is always a great month to introduce new entity to the street, not to mention the team does have a history bringing new issues to great success.
The SVB collapse is a Pothole and does reverberate into the VC venue with some anxiety on the nest 30 days on how deep this hangover will linger.
Any business model will benefit our ROI no matter the actual model since the Share Structure is ideal for a merger with tremendous growth potential for inside investors i.e.: VC interest. I expect that Mr. Carne probable has already got his eye on particular candidates and where we are now.
The wheels are in motion and many already know that the release of information/news is on the horizon, and it is only a matter of time we get hit with the actuals and that is the catalyst we need, and it will be a good day going forward.
Now is the time to add in to average down or up, but certainly the buying opportunity is upon us.
Trading range .006 /.0075 a MC $5m is an attractive shell and what the acquisition, when materialized will allow us to move certainly higher from where we are today and probably any bottom feeders have taken their profit and now holding for the brass ring.
We are in control not the MM's and that spells a solid trading pattern in the coming weeks without the usual BS.
