It clearly is no longer a designated shell on otcmarkets. It is now a shell risk, which designation is attached or removed solely at otcmarket's discretion and analysis, until such time as actual filing support changes in financial status.("Examples include a material increase in asset composition or operating revenues with related financial disclosure as a result of an acquisition or change in control transaction.")

So, not free and clear yet, but definitely a step in the right direction, imo
