another look. you dont buy a company for 28 mil that does 100 mil unless the debt structure was in need of balancing. my thoughts are debt was taken into consideration (ie) ppe and aquisition cost with deoreciation which when sold becomes expense to aquiring company) so while debt is substantial. it is normal and is considered in the deal.we will not be talking about this after the first period accounting as we will get a better picture overall. the thing to consider is expansion, aquisition, and profit margins. We are in good shape for the future.
