I think that’s what every company hopes for when the CE is put on the ticker, but in practice there’s no set route to removal because, in my view the application of CE is highly subjective so it’s harder to get it removed because of they have to satisfy someone’s subjective view of why the CE should be removed which isn’t easy with OTC Markets as they are basically working to support short market makers so they can cover as low as possible.

If I’m wrong, let OTC Markets take me to court and open up their servers, the personal phone numbers and personal bank details and full internet browsing history of everyone and we see what comes out in the wash as they say.
