To my understanding, to raise 4 million dollars is a drop in the bucket as they say. Watching those videos of lesli, all his connections, its pocket change to these people, to lesli also.
So I do not know why the wait to get the money, however that is my thought.you hear all the time this co starting out and raised 75 million etc this raise 45 million .so expect news sooner then later $$$ imo
