I can point out the 3 top guys bought shares in the open market

We all see Form 3s from when JK & his crew became associated as insiders and were granted shares and disclosed that position.

But I don't see any Form 4s indicating this "open market buying" you suggest has occurred.

Possibly I've missed that, so looking forward to your links.
