The FBI arrested Mark A Miller
The DOJ called a Grand Jury ta rule on the FBI / DOJ investigation
The Grand Jury ruled to indict Mark A Miller
The DOJ and SEC filed complaints
The SEC amended their complaint and added Jaberian and Rajkaran along with Miller
I believe those complaints were filed on the same day
The SEC stayed their case while the DOJ case went 4ward
A shtload a articles on Miller followed
Claimed Miller and Rajkaran were expected ta plea guilty
Rajkaran pled guilty and got 18 months. Dude was in jail the whole time as a flight risk
He's still in prison somewhere

Miller may have pled guilty. I could care less
He was never sentenced
