I believe the 10-k will reveal another outstanding note(s) acquired by toxic funders, revised into a convertible note at a microscopic conversion price. This has occurred in the past where shareholders fell for the PR that PCT received above market convertible notes, but didnt disclose the side-deal until the 10q came out
