You hit the nail on the head. Imagine if Niocorp had received word on the bank interest a year ago. How this would have been a whole different scenario. Did Export need the agreement between Global and Nio to make their decision. I am guessing yes.


There are a lot of unknowns as the company moves forward in a crucial period. Moving to the Nas and getting much needed funding is a very positive development. On the downside, you will know shortly how much cash is coming over. Nio shareholders have their holding scalped by 90% in shares. Who will support the stock when it moves to the higher board. This merger has come at a dark period with Silicon Valley giving shareholders a wake up call.

Some of you here own another company that uplisted to the Nas(LWLG). It has dropped over 55% since being upgraded, Unless you have major institutional support, stocks can drop like a stone.Mark has good contacts but times have changed from years ago. Everyone is on the defensive now and Nio might be a hard sell because their products are not known to the public. The FS will be crucial when it comes out in the months ahead.
