I agree with you, I just don't think that's the point here. The point is, shareholders and shareholder prospects were told that they WERE unique (and worth mentioning as being important enought to highlight) and that offers had been made, benefits were coming to shareholders, etc.

And no further mention, for nearly, what, a year?

The point goes to the practices of the PR writer/President/Board Member, etc., and follow through, reality, expectations, etc. We are told to believe in the person/group, and look at all the successes as proof this one will turn into something. There are obvious chinks in this armor and theory, if you care to look at it objectively. If you are afraid of that, well, that is another story. Not saying that you are, personally, just sayin'.
