And SkiQ was seen at trade shows too, so what?
Smart home products and air monitors were also at trade shows, so what?

Not to mention that the name TriCascade was nowhere to be found in any of those trade show photos of VOS.

The company said it would be “available” on TriCascade.com “after the beginning of the year”.
I guess any day until December 31 is after the beginning of the year, but it’s clear that was not the intention of the pump.

Per your own post and words, with the video of Savior Jerome, VOS was going to be for sale in Q1. You said so yourself.

It’s not for sale. It’s not available.
