Id disagree

no question in my mind that the reason Mr. Chan has moved on is Nasrat would not heed his counsel and start the wheels moving to the Nasdaq.

Im sure any contingency of moving to nasdaq was discussed prior to the hiring of Chen. So unless the CEO made false promises to Chen regarding nasdaq, Id suggest its more likely Chen left for a different reason
