I don’t care who signed what I care about who In their right mind would put up 4 million in cash for nothing? Doing NO DD? Just giving over 4 million to some company, and getting nothing in return???

You have ONE point and only ONE point if they don’t raise the money something could be a miss, but if multiple people get together and put in 4 million dollars it’s not for nothing! It means the assets are real can you at least agree on that?
