you could be right--but you are still here--so are others. It is clear that with the new disclosure rules--that things could be accomplished inside the cloak of "expert market." Only annual reporting is necessary to let the sunlight in again--go current.

GNCP could do this at any time--including coming back and demonstrating --there is no float--who knows?
Blom is still associated with PDIV--so he did not 'run away." If he were fleeing, he would have left PDIV also.

PDIV has a lot to lose by shuttering--and not merging/buying out GNCP--and a lot to gain by successfully doing the opposite.
