HIRU needs to make sure it diversifies as quickly as possible. Can't put all your eggs in one basket. WTER pps keeps falling so something has to happen pretty quickly there. They could sell or do another R/S...another qtr with losses won't be pretty. They better hit their targets or WTER could be looking for a buyer if they aren't already. WTER knows what their internals are this far into the qtr.
