There was an emergency situation with Joe Lastella's passing and Kristy Hunts arrest. Someone needed to step in and act in behalf of shareholders.

I have been invested in this company for several years and never saw any significant revenues. This is essentially a shell at this point. You must remember this is a public company and their is hundreds of shares holders. They are retain shareholder rights. So they should not be forced into a proxy vote by someone who have no clear affiliation and attempting to act in behalf of Green Star Products.
