Hope your right but usually they do an loi which is pr'ed and the closing is announced later.

However this last guy they hired was $300k per year and another $30k signing bonus to be paid 30 -60 days after employment contract signed. Obviously they wanted him and he has a lot to offer. Also 700k stock over 4 yrs.
