Funny how people who don’t “know” the company or the CEO’s history of promises to offset increases in shares by retiring shares from the company treasury.
In fact all you have to do is look back at the PAST recent history to see the evidence of him doing so.

Funding is a part of growth! The HUGE difference here is Dante is funding using restricted shares to long term investors then retiring company shares to offset.

I would watch for a large retirement possibly billions of shares from the treasury after the S1 and name change.

Based on prior history and the CEO’s previous statements I believe this to be the intentions.
